Celebrated Filmmaker Zhang Yimou to Preside Over Busan Festival Competition Jury
The 31st Busan International Film Festival has announced that renowned Chinese director Zhang Yimou will serve as the jury president for its Competition section. Joining him are esteemed figures such as Bi Gan, Moon Choi, Ishikawa Kei, July Jung, Tran Thi Bich Ngoc, and Samal Yeslyamova. The jury will assess 13 films, with the winning film qualifying for the Academy Awards' Best International Feature Film category.
