Reel Suspects Secures Global Distribution for San Sebastian Entry 'Border'

"Border," the debut feature from Chinese filmmaker Ah Biao, has secured worldwide distribution rights through Paris-based international sales company Reel Suspects. The film is poised for its global premiere at the San Sebastián Film Festival, where it will contend for the esteemed Golden Shell award in the official competition. This multi-national co-production, involving talents from Hong Kong, the U.S., South Korea, and Japan, promises a distinctive cinematic experience, exploring profound existential themes through compelling storytelling.

The film features an impressive cast including Zheyan Li, Feng Qi, Sanming Han, Gang Zheng, and Tao Guo, bringing to life a narrative that delves into the human condition. Ah Biao, a native of Shanxi, China, now based in Bangkok, serves as the film's director, screenwriter, and cinematographer.
